In order to make a deposit you must first download the Casino Las Vegas software. For complete step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing Casino Las Vegas, please visit our Download page. You then need to open your real money account. After you receive you Real Money username and password, you are ready to make a deposit into your Casino Las Vegas account.

• Start the "Real money mode" option.
• Enter your real username and password in the Login window.
• Select "Cashier" from the lower-left corner of the lobby followed by pressing the "Deposit" button.
• Select your desired deposit method.

Some credit cards providers allow their users to deposit using credit card, but we strongly recommend using an Alternative Payment Method to make a deposit at the Casino. Credit card deposits take approximately 2-5 minutes to process and funds are made available in casino account within this time frame.

Wire Transfer deposits take 2 business days to arrive at our bank. Your account will be credited as soon as our bank receives the transfer.

Bank Draft / Personal check deposits take about a week to reach our offices. It takes additional 10 days for a Bank Draft to be cleared and about 21 days for a Personal check to be cleared. Please note that the first phase of a Bank Draft / Personal Check deposit is depended on regular world wide mail and may vary depending on your location and/or other factors. Deposit times may vary depending on which Alternative Payment Method you are using, but most of them will transfer money instantly to your account. In order to withdraw money from account go to Cashier and select "Withdraw" .

If you made credit cards deposit/s with a VISA or Mastercard credit card prior to your Withdrawal the money you now wish to withdraw will not be refunded to your VISA or Mastercard due to restrictions imposed upon the Casino by Visa International and Mastercard.
All withdrawals will be processed by any of the other withdrawal methods provided and stated in the Withdrawal section of the Casino Cashier.
Any option will be available as long as you have registered the deposit method at the Casino.

Bank drafts will be sent to your billing address, as specified on the account register process, using regular worldwide mail. Please make sure that the specified billing address is correct to avoid any delays. If this address had been changed please contact out Customer Service department at support@casinolasvegas.com. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery due to slow mail service. There are no charges imposed on bank draft withdraws.

If you select Wire transfer as the preferred method for withdraw, you will be asked to fill-in your bank account details. There are no charges imposed on Wire transfer withdraws.

You can track the status of your withdraw requests by entering the cashier and selecting the "Transaction History" screen. The status column in this screen identifies each transaction's exact phase.

Once you make a withdrawal, your withdrawal request is pending to be processed by our financial department. By entering the "Pending Withdrawals" screen in the "Withdraw" section of the cashier you can view all the withdrawals you have requested, awaiting to be processed.


Generally speaking all withdrawals must wait 4 business days to be processed so that you can cancel withdrawal requests while the transaction has not been processed yet, and return the original withdrawal request amount back to your casino account, so you can continue to play.

As mentioned, all Withdrawal requests awaiting process show up in the "Pending Withdrawals" screen in the "Withdraw" section in Cashier, up to 4 business days from your initial Withdrawal request date.


You can cancel withdrawal request as long as they show up in the "Pending Withdrawals" screen, and return the original withdrawn request amount back to your casino account, so you can continue to play.

The Cashier's "Transaction History" section stores a complete history of all your financial requests, such as withdrawal and deposit requests.

When you join a multiplayer table you automatically join to a table with other players. The system automatically assigns you to a table where there is an empty seat.

The reason why we have a download version casino is because downloading the software to your PC makes the games much quicker and more stable than playing them in you own browser, due to the fact that all the casino graphics and multimedia affects are already installed on your computer, and only small packets of information are transferred between you computer and our servers. It is possible that you are trying to enter the Fun mode casino with a Real mode username and password or enter a Real mode game with a Fun username and password. If you can't log into the casino, please send us your registered name, address, phone number and email to support@casinolasvegas.com and request your username and password, or just call our customer service toll free number listed on our 24/7 Support page.

If the Casino Las Vegas icon is not on your desktop and you can't remember where you saved it, please follow these steps:

• Click on the START menu at the bottom left corner of your screen.
• Choose 'Find' than 'Files or Folders'.
• Where is says 'named', type 'Casino Las Vegas.exe' and click 'Find now'.
• The computer will now search for the file.
• If you get a file under the name 'Casino Las Vegas.exe' in the bottom with window, it means that the file was found. Double click on it to immediately run it or Right click on mouse button and choose 'Create shortcut' to create a shortcut for it on you desktop.
• If the computer has finished the search and there is no file name in the window, it means that the file was not found. In this case if you do not have another hard drive (except c:) you will have to repeat the download process.
